David A. Stanigar joined Kelner and Kelner in 2019, primarily focusing on complex medical malpractice matters.
In his 8 years of practice, has had particular experience litigating and trying cases involving labor and delivery, cancer diagnosis, emergency room visits and robotic surgery. David has obtained significant recoveries in a number of cases, which include $2 million for the failure to prevent a brain hemorrhage in post-partum patient, $1.5 million for the failure of an ER to diagnose and treat an impending stroke and $1.25 million for a uterine injury sustained during a gynecological procedure.
